Clancy J. Atkinson is a native of Oil City, PA. After graduating from Washington and Jefferson College, Clancy began his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a Financial Advisor. From there, he worked for Citizens Investment Services- while at Citizens Bank Corporation he moved up the ranks to the title of Vice President. Clancy received his certificate in Financial Planning from Duquesne University. He obtained his Certified Financial PlannerTM designation in 2005. Clancy’s most recent position was that of Vice President and Relationship Manager at PNC Wealth Management and in 2013 received the PNC Performance Award; the highest and most distinguished award given at PNC.
Clancy is a client-centric service provider. He listens to his clients, their goals and concerns, and works alongside them, their attorneys and CPAs, to insure their investments and planning are in alignment throughout their lives and the generations to come. Clancy is a community-minded individual and serves on many non-profit boards including: the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce and Valley Shenango Economic Development Corporation.
